II. INFORMATION IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE ORGANIC LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

In compliance with the provisions of Article 5 of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter, LOPD), we inform you expressly, precisely and unequivocally that the data provided by you through the forms provided for this purpose on our website or any other channel for collecting such data, as well as those generated during your relationship with our entity, will be processed in the files for which BELFRY LEATHER S.L. is responsible, duly notified in the General Registry of the Spanish Data Protection Agency, with the purpose of maintaining and completing the relationship of the recipient of the service with our entity and the provision of services derived from it.

The recipient of the service will be solely responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the data provided, acting BELFRY LEATHER S.L. in good faith as a mere service provider

In the event that the recipient of the service provides false information or information about third parties without their consent, they will be personally liable to BELFRY LEATHER S.L., the affected or interested parties, the Spanish Data Protection Agency and, if applicable, the regional data protection authorities, for the responsibilities arising from this circumstance.

BELFRY LEATHER S.L. does not collect data from persons under fourteen years of age through its website. In the event that a person under fourteen years of age provides their data through the forms provided for that purpose in our website or in any other channel for collecting them, they will be immediately destroyed at the same time as they become aware of such circumstance.

In order to comply with the provisions of Article 4.3 of the LOPD, the recipient of the service undertakes to communicate BELFRY LEATHER S.L. the changes that take place in your data, so that they respond with veracity to your current situation at all times.

6. PRINCIPLE OF DATA SECURITY

BELFRY LEATHER S.L. undertakes to comply with its obligation of secrecy with regard to personal data and its duty to safeguard them and will take all the necessary technical and organisational measures to guarantee the security of personal data and prevent their alteration, loss, processing or unauthorised access, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed, whether they are the result of human action or the physical or natural environment, developed in Title VIII of Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December, which approves the Regulation implementing Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data.

In compliance with the provisions of the LOPD and Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December, which approved the regulations for the development of the same, the recipient of the service may at any time exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition to the person responsible for the file or processing. 9. DATA RETENTION

Data for customer relationship management and billing and collection of services will be kept for the entire duration of the contract. Once this relationship has ended, if applicable, the data may be kept for the time required by the applicable legislation and until any liabilities arising from the contract expire.

The data for sending commercial communications of our products or services will be kept indefinitely until, if necessary, you express your willingness to delete them.

We will not keep your personal data for any purpose longer than necessary and will only keep the personal data required in connection with that purpose.
