SHIPPING & RETURNS
We prepare orders from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm and once payment has been confirmed. If we receive your order outside these hours or during a public holiday, we will arrange for it to be ready the next working day. Once we have your order ready, we will send it by express courier so that it arrives as soon as possible.
The delivery times are as follows:
Domestic shipments: 2 / 3 working days
National Express Delivery: Next business day (orders before 10:00)
European shipments: 7 / 9 working days
EU express delivery: 2/3 working days (orders before 10:00)

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Our policy, in compliance with current regulations, is to grant you the right to return any item purchased on www.belfry.es within 14 days from the date of receipt. In case of withdrawal we will refund all payments received, except for shipping costs. We will proceed to make such refund using the same payment method used by you for the initial transaction, as soon as we receive the products back. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.
BELFRY will only accept returns of non-customised products. The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised products (art. 103 law 3/2014), and the return will be studied as all our products undergo 2 quality controls before being sent to the customer. In any case, the initial shipping cost will never be refunded, only the price of the product purchased. In the event that your order has free shipping costs, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the return.
Under no circumstances will Belfry be responsible for damages caused by misuse, negligence or normal wear and tear.
All BELFRY leather goods are handmade in Spain by craftsmen with a centenary tradition. Your satisfaction is of great value to us, and we will repair all manufacturing defects in the shortest possible time. Our leather products are made with natural leather. This means that each hide is unique in its own specific color, markings and striations, and the surface is susceptible to scratches. Surface variations and scratching are not considered defects.
Our refund policy is 14 days from the receipt of the order. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange after this period. To proceed with the return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The refund will be made within a maximum of 15 days.
If you wish to change to returning your order the process to be followed will be as follows:
1. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org with the concept RETURN / EXCHANGE + order number explaining the case and there you will receive all the information to proceed with the exchange or return of your order.
2. Returned items will be sent in their original condition, together with any related accessories, and will be checked by Belfry staff in order to assess their condition. In the event that this assessment determines that the items are not in their ORIGINAL condition, the return will not be accepted.

Important note: Until we receive the item in our warehouse it is under the customer's responsibility. We recommend that you send the item to us by courier or registered post and that you keep the proof of postage.
We offer a 90 day guarantee for non-customised products and a 40 day guarantee for customised #MyBelfry products due to the possible engraving problems you might face with their use.
