SHIPPING & RETURNS

DELIVERY DATES

We prepare the orders Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm and once the payment has been confirmed. If we receive your purchase outside these hours or during a holiday, we will arrange for it to be ready the next business day. Once we have your order ready, we send it by express courier so that it reaches you as soon as possible.

The delivery times are as follows:

Domestic shipments: 2 / 3 working days

National Express Delivery: Next business day (orders before 10:00)

European shipments: 7 / 9 working days

EU express shipping: 2/3 working days

* On special dates (such as Black Friday, Christmas, Cyber Monday, sales, etc.) delivery times may vary.

 

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Our policy, in compliance with current regulations, is to grant you the right to return any item purchased at www.belfry.es within 14 days from the date of receipt. In case of withdrawal we will refund all payments received, except for shipping costs. We will proceed to make such refund using the same payment method used by you for the initial transaction, as soon as we receive the returned products. The cost of return is borne by the customer.

BELFRY will only accept returns of non-customized products. The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized products (art. 103 law 3/2014), and the return will be studied as all our products pass 2 quality controls before being sent to the customer. In any case the initial shipping cost will never be refunded, only the price of the purchased product. 

Under no circumstances will Belfry be responsible for damages caused by misuse, negligence or normal wear and tear.

All BELFRY leather goods are handmade in Spain by craftsmen with a centenary tradition. Your satisfaction is of great value to us, and we will repair all manufacturing defects in the shortest possible time. Our leather products are made with natural leather. This means that each hide is unique in its own specific color, markings and striations, and the surface is susceptible to scratches. Surface variations and scratching are not considered defects. 

Our refund policy is 14 days from the receipt of the order. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange after this period. To proceed with the return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The refund will be made within a maximum of 15 days. 

If you wish to change to returning your order the process to be followed will be as follows: 

1. Contact info@belfry.es with the concept RETURN / EXCHANGE + order number explaining the case and there you will receive all the information to proceed with the change or return of your order.

2. The items will be sent in their original state, along with any accessories related to them. The returned items will be reviewed by Belfry staff, in order to assess the good condition of them. If this evaluation determines that the articles are not in YOUR condition ORIGINALIf you do not return the product, it will not be accepted.

Important note: Until we receive the item in our warehouse it is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you send the item to us by courier or registered mail and that you keep the proof of shipment.

 

WARRANTY

We offer a 90-day warranty on non-customized products and a 40-day warranty on customized products #MyBelfry due to the possible problems in engraving that could be faced with its use.
